Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, send us a photo or video within 30 days of receiving the item. Depending on the issue, we may:

• Send you a replacement right away.

Refund Timeline
Refunds can take up to 2 weeks to process, depending on the shipping time back to our warehouse.

All products are covered under our 1-year warranty, protecting against manufacturing defects.
